Opening the heart and surrendering to gratitude, led by Sharon Hardy, ERYT
In this class we will use heart opening yoga poses to increase our awareness of the Six Perfections of generosity, discipline, patience, diligence, meditative concentration and wisdom. These ancient practices of living a virtuous life will guide our breath and movement.
There will be a one-hour session of yoga poses, followed by a yoga nidra - guided yogic sleep meditation - and a discussion of ways we can continue the stream of awareness and depth our practice has revealed.
We welcome you to dress in comfortable clothing and bring water, a towel, and a yoga mat.
